2024 - Rates: US funds only

- $5 per package up to 30 lbs for 30 days

- $10 per package over 30 lbs excluding freight shipments.

- $35 pallet charge for receiving additional $5 per day after 48 hours.

- $25 fee for freight shipments dropped off to ship out.  

Canadian money discounted @ 30% or daily rate which ever is higher

CBSA is sending out new regulations for shipping to Canada. Customers will have to use netparcel.com or their own choice of shipper for that service. Any labels that we receive showing Roethel Parcel Service or Laurel Roethel as the shipper of record going to Canada will NOT be accepted. It is YOUR package, put YOUR name on it.  You can still use the 1801 Ford Street address, just not our business or personal name. The added fees and reporting requirements just are too much and would raise costs sky high.  Thank you.

If you have a small package we can arrange to leave it - please call by Friday NOON.

WE ONLY ACCEPT PACKAGES THAT HAVE YOUR NAME  ON THEM. ANYTHING WITHOUT A RECIPIENT NAME WILL BE REFUSED.

We need to hear from YOU!

Many people just haven't called or emailed about packages that have been here since 3/20/20.  Please contact us by 11/15/22.  All back storage has to be paid by 12/10/22 or items will no longer be stored.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR PACKAGES UNLESS THE HOLDING FEE IS PAID   That is how we keep our doors open. The fees are small in comparison to the convenience of not having to have a physical address and the bills associated with it; not having to have staff on hand to receive your packages/freight; not having to "be here" when packages arrive and being able to pick up your items at a time that is convenient for you.

If you are unable to come to pick up your packages....Please make arrangements to pay for your items here and either prepare a label at www.netparcel.com and email it to us to expedite your shipment or call Point to Point International Couriers @ 518-980-3610 to have your items picked up and transported to Canada.
