ALL CARRIERS will automatically FORWARD shipments to our new address.

We are open M-F from 10:30 to 4:30.  The telephone line has been installed.  Services are the same, with freight, package and mail receiving from all carriers daily. Shipping is still available and payments may be made with cash or card. 

Due to the size of the 11/18 fire and the size of the building we have not been able to fully access all areas of the structure. Currently there is no power to the facility and the early harsh weather has hindered recovery processes. The majority of the damage was to the front of the building as the electrical fire started at the location of the credit card machine. However, firefighting process had water throughout the structure and there was smoke and debris from their efforts. Cleanup-recovery is underway but is very slow as everything has to be examined prior to moving to the new location.

INCLUDE THE FIRST AND LAST NAME WE MIGHT SEE ON THE PACKAGE AS WELL AS ANY OTHER NAMES/EMAIL ADDRESSES.  If you put your phone number as well we will keep that for contact.

The new software scans the label of the package and sends you an image of that. You will see what we see on the package... tracking number and weight.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO NOT PUT ROETHEL PARCEL SERVICE OR RIVER RAT DESIGNS ON ANY INCOMING PACKAGES/MAIL unless it is addressed to us. The scanner will send me an email which will do you no good.  Effective 6/15/25 ALL PACKAGES ADDRESSED TO ROETHEL PARCEL SERVICE or RIVER RAT DESIGNS that are customer packages WILL HAVE TO BE REFUSED. We are NOT allowed by USPS to accept random packages as that could be mail fraud.

Please make arrangements to retrieve your packages within 30 days. Freight shipments should be picked up within 48 hours. PLEASE CALL if you cannot fit in this time frame.

2025 - Rates: US funds only

- $5 per package up to 30 lbs for up to 30 days

- $10 per package over 30 lbs excluding freight shipments.

- $35 pallet charge for receiving additional $5 per day after 48 hours.

- $25 fee for freight shipments dropped off to ship out.  

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR PACKAGES UNLESS THE HOLDING FEE IS PAID   That is how we keep our doors open. The fees are small in comparison to the convenience of not having to have a physical address and the bills associated with it; not having to have staff on hand to receive your packages/freight; not having to "be here" when packages arrive and being able to pick up your items at a time that is convenient for you.

If you are unable to come to pick up your packages....Please make arrangements to pay for your items here and  prepare a label at www.netparcel.com and email it to us to expedite your shipment.

Closed on Federal Holidays: New Year's, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Boxing Day.

We typically close earlier on Good Friday, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
